When will the orders be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days. Once your order has been shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping notification email with tracking information so you can track your purchase.

Why was my order split into two or more packages?
We understand that receiving multiple packages for your order may seem confusing, so we would like to clarify why this may happen. In some cases, we may need to split your order into separate packages due to weight, package volume, or product availability.
For example, if your order is particularly heavy or large, we may need to split it into multiple shipments to ensure a safe and efficient delivery. Also, if your order contains products with different stock statuses, we may choose to ship available products separately to speed up the delivery process. This means you may receive some of your products in one package and the rest in another.
We provide a unique tracking number for each package, so you can track the delivery of each item individually.
My order appears to have been delivered but I have not received it.
We recommend that you first check your mailbox or doorstep, as some packages may have been left there. It is also worth asking your neighbors if they have received your package, as delivery people may leave packages with neighbors when the recipients are not available.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?
To ensure that your change request can be processed, we kindly ask that you contact us within 1-3 hours after placing your order. We will accept the change made within this period.
If you contact us within 12 hours after placing your order, we will still do our best to assist you with your change request. However, if your order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to make any changes to the address.
